ABOUT
I was born in Faro in 1989, Portugal.
I am settled in the city of Zürich, where I live with my beautiful wife and daughter.
More than any teaching, I value truthfulness and authenticity on the path of self-knowledge. I do not talk neither share what is not my direct experience of the practice.
My source of inspiration, guidance and support derive mostly from the non-dual teachings and the Buddha's teachings.
My wish is to support others on the path to find their own truth, in their own natural pace and current understanding of themself's.
I’m currently pursuing an education in Essential Psychotherapy, which integrates Buddhist principles with therapeutic practices.
Meditation Classes
Meditation classes offer a safe place in togetherness to come as you are and to invite you to connect and abide in that sense of presence in contact with what is.
Meditation is not an escape from life and its adversities, rather an atitude developed towards life itself, an invitation to fully embrance it with aceptance and an open heart.
